Hard Copies Obtainable Upon Request You retain the right to ask for physical reproductions of any electronic documents furnished to you. To do so, please reach out to the specific lender directly. Some lenders may offer these at no charge, while others might impose a nominal fee. Lenders are obligated to maintain records as mandated by American legislation.

Scope of This Authorization Your electronic authorization encompasses all online interactions and communications between you and the independent lending institutions, including access via mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. It empowers the lenders to furnish all legally mandated notices and documentation in digital form—through their online portal, email, or other digital channels.

Your Agreement to Electronic Transactions Prior to consenting to conduct business digitally, please confirm you possess the requisite technology and internet connectivity.

• A valid email address
• A web browser that supports 128-bit encryption (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, or Safari)

Revoking Your Consent Your digital authorization for Rapid Capital Connect's matching service is for a singular usage and cannot be rescinded once your application is submitted. Nevertheless, if you are linked with a lender, you may elect to revoke your electronic consent from that lender at any time. Be aware that doing so before the loan process is complete may impede your ability to continue with that lender. Contact the lender directly if you wish to opt out.
Please note that any electronic records already provided will retain their validity and legal enforceability.

Updating Your Contact Information To ensure uninterrupted service, you are responsible for keeping your email and postal address current with the lender. You may update your details through the lender's website or by contacting them directly.

Your Affirmation By submitting your information to Rapid Capital Connect:
• You affirm your capability to access and retain the documents we provide electronically.
• You grant permission for the utilization of electronic records, signatures, and communications.
